My predictions for the election…
For all those who thrive (like me) on the excitement that an election campaign can bring them, there’s a website out there which enables you to predict how many seats each party will win on January 23rd.
Point your browsers over to http://drloblaw.com/election.htm, David R. Loblaw’s (Edmonton AB) website where everybody can enter the election pool and make their own predictions.
My predictions for this election (under the initals “XRD” on David’s website):
Conservative Majority
Conservatives : 160 (156 needed for majority)
Bloc Québécois : 61
Liberals : 57
NDP : 29
Green : 1 (Surrey North BC)
In the popular vote, this would equate to about 28% Liberal, 39% Conservative, 17% NDP, 11% Bloc Québécois and 5% Green.
Let’s hope I’m right!
